* For Women Road Mass Start in the event a category has less than 5 riders, we will merge the categories.

* For Road Race Events a Drop Bar Road Bike is Mandatory. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure they have the right type of bike. Wrong registration will cause forfeiture of fees.

* Participants of Road category are requested not to participate in the MTB / HYBRID / Single Speed Category. Anyone found doing so will either be asked to withdraw from the enthusiast races, failing which, participation will be cancelled & fees forfeit.

* Be a permanent resident of WB with either a voter card issued in WB or living here for more than 6 months

* HELMETS Are Mandatory
